DDSL Life Style Sports Friendship Cup

Dublin District Schoolboy’s League (DDSL) will host the inaugural DDSL Life Style Sports Friendship Cup which will take place in FAI Headquarters, Abbottstown on the May Bank Holiday Weekend, 4th – 6th May.

Celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, the DDSL is the biggest schoolboy league in Europe and has brought to Dublin a stellar line-up of the world’s biggest clubs including Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, Bayern Munich and Ajax to compete against a DDSL league team over 3 days of Under-13 action.

The DDSL Life Style Sports Friendship Cup promises to be a fantastic event for all spectators whilst watching some of the best young players from across Europe, who knows, you might even be lucky enough to see the next Robbie Keane.

Tickets are available through your DDSL Club Secretary or on the day at the venue.

Ticket Cost –

- €5 per person or €15 for a weekend pass,

- Family tickets are available for €35 (2 adults & 2 kids – cost includes free programme)

- Tickets are available through your DDSL Club Secretary or on the day at the venue.

Commemorative Programme –

- A 75th anniversary commemorative programme is available for €5.

Car Parking –

- Free car parking is available but spaces are limited so we would encourage you to take public transport or car pool with friends.

Refreshments –

- Refreshments will be available to purchase at the venue

Traffic Mgt. (please have consideration for our friends and neighbours) –

- All traffic approaching the venue should where possible use the M50 and N2 (northbound) exiting via the N2 Exit 2. This traffic will then approach the venue from the Ballycoolin direction and enter via a clearly dedicated DDSL Life Style Sports Friendship Cup entrance.

- Local traffic should approach the venue via Clonee – Clonee overpass – Damastown – Ballycoolin or Rathoath Rd – Cappagh – Ballycoolin.

- Traffic travelling south on N3 should exit at Clonee or Damastown (New Service Area).

- Traffic must avoid approaching venue via N3 northbound (north of M50), Blanch` Village Blanch` Rd, Mulhuddart or Snugborough Rd Extension/Ongar Dist`Rd or any direction that involves the N3/Snugborough Rd interchange regardless of point of origin.

- Failure to heed above advice will result in traffic congestion/late arrivals.
