The draw for this year's Kennedy Cup tonight in the Red Cow Hotel.
The DDSL have been drawn in a very competitive group alongside Wexford, Kilkenny and North Tipperary in Group 1. They will open their campaign on Monday night against North Tipperary and play Kilkenny and Wexford on the following day. Should they top their group they are likely to come up against old rivals Waterford in a quarter final clash.
The squad will be playing a number of games before they travel to Blackburn on the May Bank Holiday to play Blackburn's academy. After this manager Eoin Meehan will be better positioned to finalise his squad for the Kennedy Cup which starts on Monday 21st June.
